McCall & Almy has negotiated a new 42,787 s/f lease for Merchant Warehouse at Tishman Speyer's One Federal St.
David Richardson and Garrett Larivee of McCall & Almy provided tenant representation for Merchant Warehouse. Brian Chaisson represented the owner and operator, Tishman-Speyer.
"This lease solution works well for Merchant Warehouse's long-term needs and keeps a key company in downtown," said Larivee,
Responding to the company's sustained growth, the new lease commits to 25% more space in a new downtown location. The company was previously located on the fourth floor of Two International Place.

McCall & Almy prepared market rate analysis and presented alternatives to assist Merchant Warehouse in the examination of space options. The new lease aligns Merchant Warehouse's space needs with their planned strategic growth.
