Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC handles $7.7 million sale of One Technology Drive for Conroy Development Corp.
Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC (RBJ&P) brokered the sale of One Technology Dr., acting as the exclusive sales agent on behalf of Conroy Development Corp.
The 61,000 s/f office building was purchased by eClinicalWorks, a market leader in ambulatory clinical systems, for $7.7 million. The three-story building will expand eClinicalWorks' corporate headquarters within the Westborough Technology Park. The company already occupies 2 Technology Dr.
"One Technology Dr. in the Westborough Technology Park is situated in one of the premier office locations along the I-495 corridor," said John Lashar, partner, RBJ&P. "The timing was right for Conroy Development to sell the building. It is an excellent purchase for eClinicalWorks, which has its headquarters across the street."
