Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC handles $7.7 million sale of One Technology Drive for Conroy Development Corp.

Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC (RBJ&P) brokered the sale of One Technology Dr., acting as the exclusive sales agent on behalf of Conroy Development Corp. The 61,000 s/f office building was purchased by eClinicalWorks, a market leader in ambulatory clinical systems, for $7.7 million. The three-story building will expand eClinicalWorks' corporate headquarters within the Westborough Technology Park. The company already occupies 2 Technology Dr. "One Technology Dr. in the Westborough Technology Park is situated in one of the premier office locations along the I-495 corridor," said John Lashar, partner, RBJ&P. "The timing was right for Conroy Development to sell the building. It is an excellent purchase for eClinicalWorks, which has its headquarters across the street." Conroy Development Corporation was represented by Lashar, Chris Skeffington, Paul Leone and Samantha Hallowell of RBJ&P.
