Rich joins T3 Advisors as senior VP

According to T3 Advisors, Stephen Rich has joined the firm as senior VP. Rich will join T3's Boston market office working to service the needs of tenants. Rich is an industry veteran having completed over 400 lease transactions over 21 years. His clients have included some of the largest financial services firms in the country as well as emerging companies. "T3 is incredibly fortunate to have someone with Steve's background and track record joining our Boston market team," said Roy Hirshland, president of T3 Advisors. "I have dedicated my career to focusing on the need of tenants. It is very exciting to be able to join T3. I believe now more than ever tenants need conflict free, focused real estate advisors," said Rich. Prior to T3 Rich worked at firms such as Cushman & Wakefield and Equis. Rich is a graduate of St. Lawrence University where he was a member of their men's ice hockey program.
