Rice joins DeStefano Architects as intern architect

Portsmouth, NH Virginia Rice joined DeStefano Architects (D|A), PLLC as an intern architect.

Rice is a recent graduate of Roger Williams University with a Masters of Architecture with a Core Concentration in Art and Architecture History. Rice’s focus on Architecture History makes her an excellent addition to D|A, which is located in historic downtown Portsmouth.

Rice did her thesis on Urban Dissonance, which explored how urban environments can be altered to better the lives and the outcomes of communities within the city. This expertise will be a great addition to the firm, which has won many awards for Urban Development and is well known for balancing historic preservation with growth.
