RHYS brokers six leases with Kennedy's All-American Barber Club
RHYS Commercial recently completed six Kennedy's All-American Barber Club leases of which five are within the immediate Fairfield County marketplace. Christian Bangert, vice president, has represented Kennedy's in all of their transactions. They provide upscale men's grooming, with the option for a monthly membership component. Kennedy's is already up and running in Ridgefield, Stamford and Darien, and is in the process of finalizing the construction of locations in Westport, Greenwich and West Hartford.
"The current locations range in size from approximately 1,300 s/f to 3,300 s/f, although our ideal size is usually 2,000-2,500 s/f," said Bangert. "This space allows ample room for several barber/grooming stations, while also providing a range of membership amenities, such as a conference/meeting room, billiard table and coffee bar." Bangert is currently working with Kennedy's on several additional locations within Westchester County and anticipates their opening within the next six to twelve months.
