Norwalk, CT RHYS, a Stamford-based commercial real estate firm, brokered the sale of 14 Westport Ave., a 32,000 s/f class B office building in downtown for $2.9 million.

The three-story building was built in 1985 and currently houses Constellation Health Services as its sole tenant.

“14 Westport Avenue is a well-situated asset with great access to both I-95 and the Post Road,” said RHYS executive VP and partner Christian Bangert. “The existing rental income provided a unique investment opportunity for the buyer, while still also allowing them to be able to occupy a portion of the vacant premises.”

Bangert, along with RHYS president and CEO Cory Gubner and director Alex Haendler represented the seller, Watermill Westport, LLC and John Zervos of DVB Commercial represented the buyer, Philipos Properties, LLC.
