Rhatigan and Atherton of Atherton & Associates broker 2 sales - $1.63 million

Richard Rhatigan, vice president of Atherton & Associates, recently closed the sale of 393 Derby Ave. Rhatigan represented both the buyer and the seller in the acquisition of the property for the price of $1.18 million. Chinmaya Mission Fairfield New Haven Inc. bought the property and intends to use it as a Hindu Temple. The site, 393 Derby Ave, is a 5-acre parcel improved with 2 buildings totaling 11,000 s/f. In another transaction, Bryan Atherton, CCIM and president of Atherton & Associates, brokered the sale of a multifamily investment property at 51-53 Stony Hill Rd. in Bethel. Atherton represented both the buyer and seller in this $450,000 transaction. Renzulli Properties, LLC was the seller and a local developer was the buyer in this transaction. The 2.3 acre parcel was improved by multifamily cash flowing dwellings.
