Residential Properties Ltd.'s Schiffman sells Edward Sullivan House for $1.795 million

Edward J. Sullivan House, 45 Balton Road - Providence, RI

Providence, RI Residential Properties Ltd (RPL) completed the sale of 45 Balton Rd. for the price of $1.795 million. Sales associate Gerri Schiffman, a member of RPL’s local office, represented both sides of this sale. 

Built c. 1930, the Edward J. Sullivan House is a brick Georgian Revival combining original period details with modern amenities and conveniences. Quarter sawn hardwood floors, and dentil crown moldings are present throughout the home. Equipped with stainless steel appliances and honed absolute black stone countertops, the custom kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with a wine fridge, prep sink, and a large center island. Millwork and walls of built-in bookcases adorn the wood-paneled library with a fireplace. 

Schiffman is recognized as one of the top Realtors in the state and has been named to Real Trends’ list of “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” for four consecutive years. Schiffman has earned the Circle of Sales Excellence Platinum Plus award every year since 1994.
