Residential Properties Ltd. named #1 company for residences sold and overall sales volume

Providence, RI Providence Business News recently released its “2017 list of Residential Real Estate Companies in Rhode Island,” and once again ranked Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL) as the state’s number one company for both residences sold and overall sales volume during 2016.

After leading in the state with 1,748 residences sold in 2015, RPL set a new company record in 2016 with a total of 1,886 residences sold, over 120 more sales than the next closest competitor. During a year in which the company celebrated its 35th anniversary, RPL also set a new personal record with $789 million in overall sales volume, compiling over $300 million more than any other brokerage in the state.

This marks the second consecutive year that RPL has led the state in residences sold, while the company has also been ranked #1 in sales volume for no less than the past five years in a row.
