Residential Properties Ltd. completes $1.5 million sale

Westerly, RI Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL) completed the sale of 25 Ayers Rd. for $1.5 million. The selling agent, Lynn Leffray, has been in real estate since 2003 and prides herself on her ability to understand and fulfill her client’s requirements. Lynn knows that every buyer’s needs are different, so she enjoys matching her clients with a one-of-a-kind property.
