Bristol, RI Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL) completed the sale of 5 Courageous Circle for $2.235 million, making it the highest priced MLS sale in Bristol this year. RPL represented the seller in the transaction, with Barbara Stamp as the listing agent and Lila Delman represented the buyer.
