RESCOM Architectural designs Convention Data Services headquarters

7 Technology Park Drive - Bourne, MA 

Bourne, MA RESCOM Architectural Inc. worked with Convention Data Services to create their new 27,000 s/f headquarters at 7 Technology Park Dr. The single story steel and energy efficient structure includes construction of expansive modern mixed office spaces and employee amenities including support services, cafeteria, exterior patio and recreation area. RESCOM worked with Dellbrook/JKS construction through a creative and open turn key design-build process.

The site was fully developed with a Cape Cod Commission approved innovative alternative waste water treatment system, storm water management system and energy efficient utilities accommodating a 150-space parking lot. The project will earn Mass Save energy rebates which serve to facilitate the construction of the modern and efficient office building.

Convention Data Services’ new headquarters provides employees with an eco-elegant workspace and an ideal environment to connect and collaborate.
