RESCOM Architectural and Advantage Trucking Group break ground on 35,000 s/f facility - RP Masiello is the general contractor

Raynham, MA RESCOM Architectural, Inc. provided complete architectural and design services to Advantage Trucking Group (ATG) for the construction of their new 35,000 s/f facility. The facility encompasses 18,000 s/f of climate controlled service area, with 18 bays for providing full maintenance and repair of heavy duty commercial trucks. Included are two dedicated pit bays for servicing, and one for inspectional services. The bays were designed for easy access to underneath the vehicles for quick services, without the use of a lift. The facility also accommodates a multi-million dollar parts inventory, retail showroom, an inventory of trucks for sale, and 4,600 s/f of office space on the second floor. RESCOM was committed to delivering a facility that echoed ATG’s commitment to high caliber service, and ensured that the facility was well planned to allow ATG to deliver their exceptional customer support with ease.

The pre-engineered, energy efficient structure includes modern spaces for customers and employees. “We were pleased to be selected as the architect for this exciting project,” said Greg Siroonian, president of RESCOM Architectural. “Through collaboration with the project team, we were able to understand the requirements of the building and provide a design that was suitable for the building’s operation.”

The new facility is expected to be completed early 2021, and will offer expanded reach for ATG’s customer service breadth throughout New England. Sited on seven acres and ideally located in Southeastern Massachusetts with easy access to major highway routes, ATG’s new facility will bolster the company’s support network to a heavily trafficked region, allowing for greater service to their customers.

Site work is being completed by G. Lopes Construction. RP Masiello is the general contractor.

ATG, the largest Daimler Trucks North America dealer in New England, required a new service facility to provide easier access and to better serve their customers in the South Coast, Cape Cod, and Rhode Island regions.
