Remic Properties acquires 4,000 s/f single tenant building in Seabrook for $1.61 million

Remic Properties recently acquired a single tenant asset at 332 Lafayette Rd. on Rte. 1. The 4,000 s/f building is occupied by Verizon Wireless. The purchase price was $1.61 million. Remic was introduced to the property by Dan Korff and Nat Heald of CB Richard Ellis. Radius Bank provided the financing. Gary Belowich, president of Remic said, "This is exactly the type of property we are looking for. A well located asset with, in this case, one excellent tenant. We appreciate CBRE bringing this property to our attention, Leo Power for finding a great lender and Debbie Orloff of Radius Bank for pulling it all together."
