Remic Properties acquires 4,000 s/f single tenant building in Seabrook for $1.61 million
Remic Properties recently acquired a single tenant asset at 332 Lafayette Rd. on Rte. 1. The 4,000 s/f building is occupied by Verizon Wireless. The purchase price was $1.61 million.
Remic was introduced to the property by Dan Korff and Nat Heald of CB Richard Ellis. Radius Bank provided the financing.
