Combined Properties, Inc has signed a lease with Snipped Fresh Produce, Inc. totaling 16,700 s/f at 15 Arlington St.
In business for over 30 years, Snipped Fresh Produce, Inc. is one of the region's quality wholesalers of fresh produce to the food service industry.
15 Arlington St. is part of is a 205,000 s/f industrial center near the Tobin Bridge and Logan. The principals of Snipped Fresh said the property's amenities, pricing and proximity to the Chelsea Produce Market as a key to relocating to Combined Properties' building.
