Regazzini of Combined Properties leases 5,464 s/f to Agave Mexican Grille
Combined Properties Inc. has signed a lease with Agave Mexican Grille and Tequila Bar for 5,464 s/f of space at 270-280 Medford St.
Agave Mexican Grille and Tequila Bar will be the city's newest neighborhood restaurant and will bring the atmosphere and flavors of Mexico to a city fast becoming known for its ability to recruit new and seasoned restauranter's alike.
Agave Mexican Grille's new home at 270-280 Medford St. is owned and operated by Combined Properties. This retail location, situated between the Wellington Circle and Malden Center Orange Line T stop, has undergone extensive improvements to the building façade and grounds. According Agave ownership, the recent improvements to the property along with the corridors continued growth were both contributing factors in their investment.
