Regazzini of Combined Properties, Inc. signs Core Brands to 4,982 s/f lease

According to Combined Properties, Inc., Core Brands, a Nortek company, has signed a 4,982 s/f lease at Two Corporation Way, a first-class office building in Centennial Park. "The city of Peabody is investing revitalized energy into attracting new businesses to Centennial Park by highlighting the park's most attractive features, like its outstanding location, direct highway access, and the industry-leading companies that are already rooted there" said Greg Regazzini, vice president and director of leasing at Combined Properties. "This sharpened focus on Centennial Park coupled with the specific features available at Two Corporation Way is bringing businesses like Core Brands to the park and this building specifically." Regazzini represented the landlord in this transaction. CBRE represented the tenant. Core Brands joins fellow occupants North Shore Physicians Group, Talx Corporation, and USA Project at the newly renovated Two Corporation Way. Leasing activity at Two Corporation Way has increased significantly since Combined Properties executed upgrades to the building's common areas in the fall of last year. Core Brands was formed in August 2012 by Nortek, Inc., a global company whose many brands deliver broad capabilities and a wide array of innovative, technology-driven products and solutions for lifestyle improvement at home and work. Core Brands combines the product and marketing strengths of ten of Nortek's formerly independent brands operating within its Technology Solutions segment.
