Regazzini of Combined Properties Inc. renews United Parcel Service 24,550 s/f lease
According to Combined Properties, Inc. the United Parcel Service (UPS) has renewed its 24,550 s/f lease at 378 Commercial St., a 114,920 s/f industrial building. UPS has been at this location for 13 years.
"A brand that is known worldwide, UPS is committed to providing their customers with the highest level of service," said Greg Regazzini, Combined's vice president and director of leasing. "Combined Properties is proud to provide UPS with top notch service and property management so that they can successfully operate at 378 Commercial St. for years to come." Regazzini represented the landlord in this transaction.
This warehouse/manufacturing space offers surface parking and is 10 minutes to downtown Boston and Logan International Airport. Tenants benefit have access to major routes including 60, 28, 16, I-93, and I-90 and the MBTA's Wellington Station on the Orange Line.
