Combined Properties, Inc. has completed a lease with Jon Jay Associates, Inc. totaling 18,981 s/f at One Corporation Way.
Jon Jay Associates specializes in providing unemployment cost management services and employment verification services. Jon Jay, formerly a subtenant, joins Carl Zeiss SMT as a new tenant.
