Regan joins Siena Construcion as senior project manager

Denise Regan has joined Siena Construction as a senior project manager. Regan is an industry professional with 20 years of construction management and consulting experience. As a project manager, Regan provides leadership and supervision with all aspects of Siena's construction projects, including estimating, organization and coordination from pre-construction through project closeout. Regan's extensive construction management experience includes millions of dollars in commercial and residential construction projects. Some highlights include: extensive residential rehab renovations projects at Dorchester House (Dorchester), Lamplighter Village (Canton) and Baywood Park Apartments (Morrow, GA), as well as office build outs for Trane (Wilmington), Casa Systems (Andover), and Taxware headquarters (Wilmington). Siena's president Terrence Hayes strongly believes Regan's professional achievements and priorities compliment Siena's goals. "Denise is recognized for exceptional management and leadership skills," Terrence said. "She has had a proven history of excellence in the industry. She is a decisive leader and a valued member of the Siena team, complimenting Siena's client-first philosophy. I'm excited to welcome her onboard." Regan holds a number of industry-related credentials, including a LEED Green Associate Credential, a construction supervisor's license, several environmental licenses, and is also OSHA-trained. She earned a degree in Psychology and Accounting from Dartmouth College.
