Reese Commercial renews 3,650 s/f for Agave Grill & Cantina at 100 Allyn St.

Hartford, CT Reese Commercial represented the restaurant group Agave Grill & Cantina LLC, as tenant, in the renewal of a new five-year lease term for 3,650 s/f at its current location 100 Allyn St.

Dale Reese, CCIM, managing director of Reese Commercial represented Agave Grill & Cantina, the tenant, along with Bob Botters of CBRE who represented Northland Allyn Street LLC, the landlord.

This is the third renewal completed in the past 12 years for Agave, the Mexican restaurant in downtown, and Reese Commercial advised on each renewal.
