Reese Commercial Real Estate Services to manage 50 Hollow Tree
Newington, CT Reese Commercial Real Estate Services has been selected to manage 50 Hollow Tree Ln.
Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp., New Jersey awarded the bid to Reese Commercial for this 55,000 s/f distribution or manufacturing building. The building features 25-foot clear ceiling height and is leased to a single tenant.
Dale Reese, CPM, CCIM and president of Reese Commercial has over 25 years of property and asset management experience in the Greater Hartford market. Candace de Loureiro, assistant property manager, will manage this property.
