Reese Commercial leases up Cold Spring Plaza

Reese Commercial Real Estate Services has leased to Bella Nail & Spa LLC, the remaining space at 945 Cromwell Ave. Known as Cold Spring Plaza, this 35,000 s/f retail plaza was constructed in the late 1970s by Cold Spring Plaza LLC. Dale Reese, managing principal of Reese Commercial represented Cold Spring Plaza LLC, the owner. "Our ownership group is extremely excited to announce that the plaza is now 100% leased for the first time prior to the 2008 financial downturn. When Reese Commercial was engaged, the plaza was 20% vacant and through Dale Reese's diligent leasing efforts we have achieved full occupancy and a stronger tenant mix," said Christine Connolly, manager Cold Spring Plaza LLC. The plaza is a community retail center serving the general public and area residents. Other tenants include Ace Hardware, Century Cleaners, Century Package Store, Salon Cheveux, Rhythm Dance, Express Your Pet, CT Family Dental, and Oasis of Life Church Group and restaurants Mmumbai Spice, Puket Café and West Side Pizza.
