Reed of Stebbins Commercial Properties completes $525,000 sale

Manchester, NH Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. completed the sale of the former St. Joseph’s Regional Junior High School at 470 Pine St., from The Roman Catholic Bishop of Manchester, to Tokena Corp.

According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $525,000. Tokena plans to repurpose the property for lease to institutional, office or other appropriate uses. Tokena has considered condominium form of ownership for larger requirements. Reed represented both buyer and seller in this transaction and did not accept a fee.

Also, according to Tom Dickson, commercial real estate agent for Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc., Johnstone Enterprise LTD of Hooksett, NH has leased 18,000 s/f industrial space at 34 Londonderry Rd., Londonderry, NH. Dickson represented the owner, Wakefield Investments, Inc. of Wakefield, Mass. and Sierra Realty of Hooksett, NH assisted the lessee. The space will be used as a distribution center for Granite State Shuttle.
