Reardon and Borden of CB Richard Ellis N.E. Partners, LP negotiate $1.5 million, 22,309 s/f sale
On behalf of Boys & Girls Clubs of Middlesex County, CB Richard Ellis N.E. Partners, LP (CBRE/NE) completed the sale of 181 Washington St. The 22,309 s/f, special-purpose school/office building is situated less than four miles from downtown Boston.
The CBRE/NE team of Mark Reardon, executive vice president/partner, and Jake Borden, senior associate, represented the seller, Boys & Girls Clubs of Middlesex County, and procured the buyer, Somerville Community Corp. The sale closed for $1.5 million.

In proximity to both Washington and Union Sqs., the three-story brick and concrete facility served as the former Pope Elementary School and then the Somerville Boys & Girls Club with improved office space, a recreational room and a gymnasium.
