REFA Emerging Leaders joined BXP for their Office Pricing Presentation, sponsored by BXP. The event featured Emerging Leaders Jessica Bursma, senior financial analyst, Boston Properties (BXP) and Dante Pantaleo, financial analyst on the finance & capital markets team, Boston Properties (BXP). They presented the key determinates of office pricing across six markets. The presentation was the result of a multi-year research effort led by the BXP Finance & Capital Markets team. Emerging Leaders finished the presentation with a happy hour sponsored by BXP.

REFA members attended an exclusive tour at 15 Necco St. at the end of April. The tour kicked off with a presentation by REFA board of director, Naomi Mayeux Seck, senior vice president, National Development. Following the tour members gathered for a networking reception at Lolita Fort Point.

REFA’s Charitable Golf & Tennis Tournament - Monday, July 29th, Woodland Golf Club
REFA’s Annual Charitable Golf & Tennis Tournament will be held at a new course this year due to Dedham Country & Polo Club undergoing renovations. Both tournaments help support our charitable partners, Breaktime and FamilyAid Boston. More information will be announced this month.
