On Tuesday, October 13th the New England Real Estate Journal and the Real Estate CyberSpace Society along with several additional New England real estate organizations will co-sponsor the one-day 14th Annual Real Estate Cyber Strategy Conference http://tinyurl.com/2009cyberconference at the Mass. Association of Realtors Conference Center. The centerpiece of this annual event will be this year's update entitled "Sell Like A Giant In Cyberspace!" The presentation features John Peckham III, CCIM, CIPS, RECS who recently sold $41 million dollars in real estate in a 12-month period on the Internet using the techniques from this seminar. Conference director Angela Portosa reported that these annual events have garnered rave reviews from previous attendees and that members who have attended this event now enjoy a median income of $162,000 as opposed to the $49,000 median income of Realtors nationwide. Unique to this year's event are "virtual" cameo appearances by seven of the nation's leading real estate internet and technology experts including Michael Russer, real estate visionary Stefan Swanepoel, author Dan Gooder Richard and national internet coach Bernice Ross. Due to generous support from the sponsoring organizations members of the Real Estate CyberSpace Society and the sponsoring organizations may attend at the subsidized rate of $75 (by October 6) and $95 thereafter. Open to the public, the cost for others is $150, which includes all seminar materials. Registrations received by October 5 are entitled to the early registration fee of $125.
