RCA-MA launches new listing service: MassCIE via Catylist!

RCA-MA has created and launched MassCIE, RCA-MA's new "listing service" for commercial properties and information. RCA-MA's partner in MassCIE is Catylist, which is known as one of the premier vendors of CIE (Commercial Real Estate Information Exchange) services nationwide. For those who have been participating in the New England Commercial Property Exchange with NH, VT, and ME, please be aware that the RCA-MA Board of Directors decided to create the MassCIE as a stand-alone service to allow non-Realtors to participate. However, because the New England CPE has also chosen to work with Catylist as their vendor, when you join MassCIE, you'll still be able to access the information in the New England CPE and will be able to add listings into the nationwide Cataylist system that New England CPE will be using. The cost to participate is: $30 per month for RCA-MA Realtor members; $52.09 for Realtors from other Boards; and $75 a month for non-Realtors. To access our easy to complete membership kit visit: www.masscie.com. Should you have questions about joining the MassCIE, contact RCA-MA staff at 978-458-2901 or info@massnear.com. Should you have questions about the technical aspects of the MassCIE, contact the Catylist Help Desk at http://www.masscie.com/jsp/help/.
