Ravech of Elliot & Co. LLC negotiates 950 s/f lease for CMI Property Inc.

Elliot & Co. LLC has negotiated a new 950 s/f lease to Harrows Chicken Pies on behalf of CMI Property Inc. at 810 Providence Hwy. Elliot & Co. president and principal Elliot Ravech represented landlord CMI Property in the negotiation for the long-term lease, which brings the retail center at 800-810 Providence Hwy. to full occupancy. Located directly across from the Dedham Plaza and adjacent to the Legacy Place Mall, 800-810 Providence Hwy. is an 8,200 s/f retail center. Harrows Chicken Pies joins Dunkin' Donuts and European Wax Center as the first tenants of a newly constructed addition at the site. Other tenants at the retail center include The Vitamin Shoppe, Eveden Factory Store, Bed Bath & Beyond, Verizon and Massage Envy Spa. James Gattuso of Mayflower Realty Group represented Harrows in the transaction. "Harrows Chicken Pie has carefully selected the sites for its recently expanded roster of stores," said Gattuso. "The newly constructed space at 810 Providence Highway, with its outstanding visibility from Rte. 1, offers a high-traffic retail setting that is sure to make Harrows' Dedham store highly successful." The new store is the fifth location in the state for Harrows Chicken Pies, which opened in Reading in the 1930s and recently has expanded to Medford, Tewksbury and Saugus.
