Ravech and Nolfi of Elliot & Company broker 3,400 s/f lease to Turfgrass
Elliot & Co. LLC has negotiated a 3,400 s/f office/warehouse lease at 129-147 Morgan Dr. Turfgrass, a provider of turf grass and related supplies, last year merged with Rusidex. Rusidex leases a local warehouse at the neighboring 76 Astor Ave. building.
Elliot Ravech, president and Dennis Nolfi, vice president, both of Elliot & Co., represented the landlord, CMI Property Inc. Turfgrass represented themselves in the transaction.
"It's a great location offering easy access to Route 128, I-95 and Route 1 and is a short distance to both Boston and Providence," said Ravech. "We're pleased to welcome Turfgrass as our new tenant."
129-147 Morgan Dr. is a mixed-use commercial building, which currently has 4,500 square feet of office space and 30,000 square feet of mixed-use/industrial space available for lease. The space is sub-dividable.
