R.W. Holmes sells 36,000 s/f building for $1.36m to Comptel Services
R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. sold the former Amprint building for $1.36 million. The 34,000 s/f warehouse/distribution building is located at 123 Washington St. on Rte. 16. Amprint operated in the building since 1992 until they were bought by Allied Printing and the company moved to Marlborough.
Comptel Services will be using the building for warehouse and distribution along with leasing the additional space to Holliston Glass and RPJ Associates.
Jeremy Fried, now of Boston Realty Advisors represented the buyer while John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes represented the seller.
