R.W. Holmes secures multiple office leases
- four office space transactions, totaling 11,742 s/f

Framingham, MA R.W. Holmes negotiated seven new office leases.

205 Newbury Street - Framingham, Mass.

Four office space transactions, totaling 11,742 s/f, have been finalized at 205 Newbury St. Where’s the Bus, represented by Gordon Real Estate, secured 3,882 s/f. Chartwell Law secured 3,550 s/f, repped by Craig Johnston of R.W. Holmes. McGowen Insurance, repped by Colliers broker Kevin Browley, obtained a 2,330 s/f office suite, and OunceIT has secured a 1,980 s/f office, represented by Elizabeth Holmes, director of corporate service at R.W. Holmes. Senior vice president Craig Johnston and managing director Dean Blackey represented the landlord, Atlantic Management, in all four transactions.

40 Speen Street - Framingham, Mass.

At 40 Speen St., three new tenants have also secured spaces, such as Beacon Application Services, Sivan Elefson, and Home Delivery Incontinent Supplies Co.

R.W. Holmes is the exclusive leasing agent for 205 Newbury St. and 40 Speen St.

“We’re seeing a growing demand for smaller office suites,” said Johnston. “We’re also very pleased with the tremendous leasing activities at 40 Speen St. The new owner has done a great job renovating the building and adding new amenities. Both properties have an outstanding location in the Framingham/Natick sub-market. They have excellent access to Route 9, Route 30, and the Mass Pike, Exit 117.”
