R.W. Holmes retained by KS Partners to lease 113,600 s/f office building

R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc.has been retained by KS Partners, LLC to lease 33 Boston Post Rd. 33 Boston Post Rd. is a first class 113,600 s/f office building located less than one mile from I-495 the Mass Pike. The leasing team will be Garry Holmes, Craig Johnston, and Jim Bartholomew. The property offers amenities such as newly renovated cafeteria, fitness center with showers and lockers, on-site property management, and a three story atrium. KS Partners is finalizing plans for upgrades to common areas.
