R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. arrange 33,715 s/f in two new leases

According to R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc., Global Experience Specialists, Inc (GES) leased 24,000 s/f at 90 Norfolk St. The property is a 104,000 s/f building. Las Vegas-based GES, a Viad Corp. company, is a leading provider of exhibition, event and entertainment experiences. GES provides a wide range of services, including turn-key official show services, cutting-edge creative and design, marketing and measurement services Robert Strelke of R.W. Holmes represented the landlord Atlantic Management while Peter Whoriskey of Cushman and Wakefield represented the tenant. R.W. Holmes Realty also completed the leasing of 9,715 s/f to the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) at 60 Hickory Dr., Waltham. 60 Hickory Dr. is a 60,000 s/f office building. The MAR is a professional trade association for licensed real estate practitioners and serves as the parent organization to the state’s 16 local Realtor associations. Membership in the organization is voluntary and consists of both residential and commercial agents and brokers as well as industry affiliates. Arthur Amadei and Charles Detwiller of R.W. Holmes represented the tenant while Ron Freidman of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the sublandlord. Since 1976 R.W. Holmes Realty has assisted corporations and investor/developers with their local, national, and international real estate needs. R.W. Holmes specializes in property leasing, investment sales, tenant representation, consulting and asset management.
