R. W. Holmes and Phoenix Comm'l. sign W.A. Wilde Co. to 106,250 s/f

John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes Realty and Dave Tognacci of Phoenix Commercial have recently signed a new lease for a 106,250 s/f distributions center with W.A. Wilde Co. at 350 Hopping Brook Rd. W.A. Wilde is moving from an 80,000 s/f facility in Brockton where its lease expires this spring. Having spent the better part of nine months looking for the ideal location W.A. Wilde decided on the Hopping Brook Park warehouse only minutes from its headquarters at 200 Summer St. in Holliston. W.A. Wilde is relocating its direct marketing business with this expansion in Hopping Brook Park into a seven year old, 30' clear distribution facility. The extra space will accommodate mailing services, binding, assembly and fulfillment operations for the company. The building was originally built for Eastern Seaboard Packaging and represents the largest warehouse in Hopping Brook Park. The park is now 97% occupied with an additional 55,000 s/f currently under construction or planned for 2008.
