R. Calabrese Agency subleases 54,425 s/f to Food Bazaar Supermarket

Bob Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC has brokered a sublease of the former Shaw's Supermarket on Sylvan Ave. on behalf of Shaw's parent company SUPERVALU, Inc. The sublessee is a New York-based grocer, Bogopa Services Corp., doing business as Food Bazaar Supermarket. The property is owned by Windsor USA, Inc. The property is a free standing supermarket consisting of 54,425 s/f of retail space on approximately five acres. The property is across from a Home Depot and is located on the Main St. exit ramp at the intersection of Rte. 8 and Rte. 25. The building was constructed as a supermarket for Shaw's in 1997. The Calabrese Agency represented SUPERVALU, Inc. Food Bazzar was represented by Ameriland Realty.
