R. Calabrese Agency sells the Hitchcock Lake Apartments for $950,000
Wolcott, CT Ralph Calabrese of R. Calabrese Agency, LLC sold the Hitchcock Lake Apartments for $950,000. The property, located at 1845 Meriden Rd., consisted of 12 condominiums currently being operated as rental units. At time of sale, the building was fully occupied. The 12 one-bedroom units ranged in size from 700 s/f to 757 s/f. The 13,350 s/f building is on a .72 acre lot.
R. Calabrese Agency, LLC was the only broker involved in this transaction.
