R. Calabrese Agency leases 80,000 s/f to Portmeirion
Ralph Calabrese of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC recently executed a lease at 105 Progress Lane to Portmeirion USA. The landlord is 105 Connecticut, LLC and the lease term is for six years with an additional five year renewal term. Portmeirion USA will occupy 80,000 s/f of the 200,000 s/f building. 120,000 s/f remains available for lease, offering 8,000 s/f of office space, 18'-24' ceiling heights, 5,000 amp electrical service and 18 loading docks.
Portmeirion USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of the British company Portmeirion Group PLC. Since the 1960s, Portmeirion has been considered a leader and innovator in the design and manufacture of pottery, particularly dinnerware.
Portmeirion USA moved from a building it owns at 91 Great Hill Rd. in the Naugatuck Industrial Park. The R. Calabrese Agency, LLC is representing Portmeirion in the marketing and sale of that property, a 35,600 s/f single story building.
