Quinn Associates completes $3.9m sale of two story 43,000 s/f building
On behalf of L & A Realty, LLC, Quinn Associates of Brockton brokered the $3.9m sale of 42 Thomas Patten Dr., a two story with finished lower level 43,000 s/f office building.
Peter Quinn and Paul D'Angelo exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyers.
The former Reebok headquarters is now leased by Larson Allen, LLP who occupy the entire 2nd floor and 50% of the lower level.
Given the building's strong location, tenant history, and upside potential, Thomas Patten Ventures, LLC moved the deal quickly.
A new HVAC unit has been installed. A new parking lot and other improvements are planned for Spring.
