Quinn Associates brokers two sale transactions totaling $3.875 million
Quinn Associates recently sold 86 York Ave. in Randolph to L&D Randolph Transit Realty for $1.275 million. The buyer plans to use the property for servicing its fleet of busses and as a general office area for its local operations.
Quinn Associates also sold a second property, located at 421 Page St. in Stoughton, for $2.6 million to Minnie LP. The building is 42,000 s/f and has room for the buyer to occupy two units for its business. There are presently two office/warehouse units available for lease: 5,700 s/f and 8,200 s/f. The buyer indicated preference to the property due to close highway access and additional expansion capabilities.
