Quinn and Santiago of SVN | Parsons complete 15,000 s/f lease

12 Southville Road - Southborough, MA

Southborough, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed the lease of 15,000 s/f of flex space at 12 Southville Rd., to National Seating and Mobility (NSM). Senior advisor Garrett Quinn and advisor Marilyn Santiago represented the landlord, 12 Southville Realty LLC. Analisa Bellamy and Rachel Marks of CBRE represented NSM. 

12 Southville Realty LLC purchased the building in October of 2019. NSM is relocating their operation from Natick and increasing their square footage in order to accommodate their growth and expansion. 

“We are excited to have NSM as a tenant in the building” said Dana Arsenault, manager of 12 Southville Realty LLC. “We’re looking forward to completing the appropriate tenant improvements to the space so that NSM can continue to serve the surrounding communities.”
