Quinlan and Berger of SVN | Parsons broker $415,000 bldg. sale

Tewksbury, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston’s assistant managing director of brokerage, Matt Quinlan and senior advisor, Alex Berger completed the transaction of a 2,400 s/f medical office building at 850 Main St. The property sold for $415,000 - which equated to $173 per s/f.

Quinlan and Berger represented the seller, Barry Chudnofsky, who sold the building to 850 Main Management, LLC. 850 Main Street, LLC bought the stand alone building as an investment. 

“We are pleased to bring the two parties together in a seamless transaction, that accomplished both of their goals,” said Quinlan.
