One of the first “Pocket Neighborhoods” to emerge in the Boston area, the concept features a community of cottage-style homes with an emphasis on environmental stewardship and greater neighbor interaction. Pocket neighborhoods have been popular on the West Coast for the past decade and the movement is gravitating to the East Coast.
