Prudential Connecticut Realty completes two sales totaling 19,125 s/f
244 Farms Village Road LLC has purchased Farms Village Retail Plaza at 244 Farms Village Rd., from Farms Village Plaza LLC for $1.23 million. This 16,681 s/f retail/office neighborhood strip center on 2.4 acres is 90% occupied and is home to twelve tenants including Mario's Restaurant, Nick of Thyme Café and Catering, Davenport Kitchen and Bath, Jackie Alexander, LLC, Secret Lake Dog Training, LLC and Art Nail Studio LLC. Gayle Erickson Talbot and Bruce Cagenello, CCIM of Prudential Connecticut Realty's Commercial Group in Avon were the brokers in the transaction. In another transaction, B3G LLC, d/b/a Ravenswood Natural Health has purchased 1606 Hopmeadow St., Simsbury from M&S Hopmeadow Enterprises LLC. Formerly the Trumpet Vine this 2,444 s/f retail property on 1.64 acres is now home to Ravenswood Natural Health, which carries herbs, vitamins and supplements; massage therapy by John Anders, LMT; and SGO Designer Glass, a provider of architectural glass products. Cagenello, was the sole broker in the transaction.
