Prolman Realty, Inc. sold 211 Main St., according to Mark Prolman, who represented the seller, Nancye Bechard Revocable Trust and assisted the buyer, BL & BL, LLC.
The property consists of 2,500 s/f on the retail level, 2,500 s/f of second floor office, a lower level and a 13 space parking lot.
The buyer intends to lease the first floor to a long-time Nashua business, Cameraland.
According to the Hillsborough County of Registry of Deeds, the selling price was $650,000.
