Project of the Month: Congress Building completes 80-unit $13 million The Residence at South Windsor Farms

Congress Building Corp. completed construction on The Residence at South Windsor Farms, a $13 million senior living community. Located at 200 Deming St., the new community features assisted living, independent living and reflections memory care living. Residents began moving in on March 1. Owned and operated by LCB Senior Living, LLC and designed by The Architectural Team, the 66,000 s/f, three-story community was built in the Craftsman style and houses 80 apartments. The residence features a country kitchen, open and enclosed porches, common living and dining rooms, group activity and lounge areas, an exercise room, a barber/beauty salon, and media room. Three meals are offered daily as well as a full activities program. Scheduled transportation services, laundry and cleaning services are also available. Apartments include kitchenettes and private bathrooms and assistance with the activities of daily living. "We are proud of the work we have accomplished with valued repeat client LCB, and the Architectural Team. We are highly appreciative of this ongoing relationship. The Residence at South Windsor Farms is a spectacular design, and a project that the entire team can be proud of. It represents the new state-of-the-art in assisted living design and construction.
