What does your firm do and any plans for the future? Northeast PCG is a real estate investment brokerage specialized in the exclusive representation of sellers with a focus on apartment, retail and office buildings in the northeast.
Keys to success: Persistence and patience. Taking an advisory approach with clients and building strong relationships is one of the most important keys to any sales position.
Did you have a mentor if so who & why? If not tell us about someone living or not who you admire: I have been fortunate to have learned this business from two mentors, our managing director, Edward Jordan and Bradley Balletto, vice president of investments. They have been a huge positive influence and I owe much of my success at Northeast PCG to them.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years? I look forward to continuing to build on the relationships, market share and success we have worked for over the years. As we continue to grow, I hope to build a larger team to service our territories.
If you had to choose a different profession, what would it be? I don’t have a specific other profession which I can think of, but it would certainly have an entrepreneurial component to the job.
