What does your firm do and any plans for the future? CW Landmark is a full-service commercial real estate firm with investment and brokerage arms. The company specializes in retail and multifamily opportunities, with a focus on internally sourced and dually represented deals in the range of five to fifty million dollars.
How did you get your start in this business and why? In 2004, I met a real estate developer – Phil DiGennaro of Sound Development Group—in a social setting. Sound was growing and the timing was right for me, so I joined the team. As I managed the portfolio and sourced new deals, Phil taught me the business; every facet of it. I worked for him for 8.5 years. In 2013, I transitioned to the brokerage side of the industry by joining CW Commercial Real Estate, a division of Calcagni Real Estate, headquartered in Cheshire, CT.
