Mr. Jevne’s activity takes place, for the most part, in Massachusetts. “The potential here is boundless,” he says, “and the Southeast Expressway makes Norwell a suburban bedroom of Boston.” Proudly, Paul Jevne stated: “This is last frontier of commuting areas; we’re close to the seashore and homesites are plotted out at an acre and more.” It was Mr. Jevne that sold the 130-acre Arnold School complex of buildings, every year he finds, business is getting better. With a progressive outlook on the industry and its methods, Mr. Jevne finds that “Co-operative selling or the MLS is a tremendous boon to the real estate business.” When ask to comment upon the industry as a whole, Paul Jevne said “It’s an easy business if you work hard; but it’s a hard business if you work easy.”
