What do you do now and what are you planning for the future?: Develop the next generation of bankers. Plan to expand banking “boot camp” school, reinstate our commercial lending program, create and enhance networking opportunities. I also want to increase overall cooperation within and outside the banking organization – increase sustainable growth. Also increase participation in earning stability and state growth. Continue to work with business associations.
